I read the Lucky magazine. Yes, I don’t just scan the pages, I read every text in the magazine, and read them again until I memorize almost everything. I also hoard them. In fact, I have collected about seven years worth of magazine that recently I decided to tear my favorite pages from past issues and begin to let go. I didn’t throw them away though. I kept them for other uses. If you’re a client at the Shop, you’d know I wrap the clothes I deliver or sell in old magazine papers. I also use the papers to wrap gifts. I know the magazine pages are not exactly “pretty,” but I’d rather use them than newly-bought wrapping papers. Here’s a picture of one of those gifts wrapped in old magazine pages, plus a white paper flower I made using onion skin paper I had.
